Frequently Asked Questions


  • How far in advance should I place a large order for events? (ex: birthday parties, weddings, graduations, etc.).
    • No less than 2 week notice but the most advanced notice possible is recommended in order for me to make sure my schedule is clear. Contact me for any last minute emergencies and I will always try to accommodate if I can.
  • Do you offer delivery?
    • We offer free delivery to two zip codes: 33076 and 33067. Our delivery windows are 8AM - 10AM and 2PM - 4PM. 
  • Do you offer delivery/pick up on weekends or holidays?
    • Sure do! At the start of each month we will update the announcement bar on the homepage of our website to make it clear of any dates that are blocked for pickup/delivery.
  • How do I pickup my order?
    • Cookie or sourdough brownie order pickups are next day ready at 1PM. For example, if you order by 7 PM on Monday, your order will be ready on Tuesday at 1PM.
    • Sourdough bread orders are ready 2-days later. Making a loaf of sourdough is a two-day process. The first day is making and fermenting the dough. Then we allow the dough to sit in the refrigerator overnight (for flavor development) and the following morning we bake. For example, if you place your order by 7 PM on Monday, your bread will be ready for pickup on Wednesday at 1PM.
    • We are always willing to accommodate if at all possible. If you choose to order a few days prior to when you would like to pickup your order, please contact me at (954) 629-4207 so I can be sure your baked goods are freshly baked on your desired day. 
    • When coming to pick-up your order: please text me at (954) 629-4207 with your name, order number, and an ETA and I will bring your order out to your car promptly. 
  • What if I order bread and cookies? When will my order be ready?
    • If you order both cookies and bread, your order will be ready in 2 days UNLESS you specify with me beforehand that you would like to pick up the cookies the day prior.
  • Can I find you anywhere else locally?
    • FARMER'S MARKETS! We are so excited to begin selling our cookies at our local markets. Currently we are set up with the Lakeside Market at Wellington Town Center and are also in the application process with a few others. We will always update our Instagram (@thebigcrumbllc) and our announcement bar on our homepage so you know where and when to find us. Can't wait to see you there!
  • What is your return policy?
    • We do not accept returns of products if the order has already been fulfilled and/or delivered or picked up. However, if there was a mistake at checkout, we will be happy to remedy the issue for you so long as the order has not been started prior to contacting us.
  • Do you ship locally or internationally?
    • We provide shipping throughout the U.S. for a flat rate of $6.99.
  • How should I store my baked goods?
    • Cookies can be stored on the counter in their individual packing bags or in an airtight container for up to 1 week from when you receive them. For maximum freshness, consume within 3 days. 
  • Do you have any gluten-free, sugar-free, or vegan options?
    • We currently do not have any gluten-free or sugar-free options. Our only vegan option is our plain sourdough bread. 
  • What ingredients are in my cookies?
    • Each cookie will be packaged with a list of ingredients on it. You can also find a list of ingredients in the menu bar.
    • Our products are baked in a kitchen that handle peanuts and tree nuts. 
    • All cookies and brownies contain the allergens: wheat, milk, eggs and soy.
    • Plain sourdough bread contains the allergens: wheat.
